FAQ

  • The orders are usually processed same business day if submitted before 12pm. We are open 9 till 5, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

    We offer a variety of shipping options depending on the contents of your order. Most parts will be shipped by UPS Express Saver, however we do offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 for very small items. Large shipments may be palletised, in this instance they are delivered to you directly by our national distribution partner Farsley Transport.

  • Returns are usually permitted within 30 days from the invoice date, for unused and un-damaged goods. Please contact us in writing at sales@switch2.co.uk to obtain return authorisation.

    Any unauthorised returns will not result in a refund, and can be shipped back to you on request and at your expense.

  • Please notify us of any damage, in writing, within two business days from delivery. Include description and pictures of damaged packaging and goods inside. We will assess your claim and, if eligible and at our discretion, issue replacement or refund.
